“What is this Unpaid Invoice for?”
If you’ve joined us recently, and received an Unpaid Invoice on or around the 1st of the month, it sounds like you’ve incurred a service fee. All members get their first month waived!
How can I avoid fees?
Walks, baths, and socializing are part of the program, included in your package, and you can manage your own bookings (except boardings) through our online portal, with 12 hours notice. If you need extra support, our admin team is happy to assist, and you can save money (and time) by having hours available in your account when you make requests.
What are the fees at Scamps?
- home pick-up and drop-off – $5/direction (included with Social Club visits)
- same day appointments – $5 admin fee with hours available
- account admin – $10 to add and book hours
- administration of medication – $10/day (including reporting)
- extended hours – $10 for 8am – 9am and 6pm – 8pm
- late invoice payment – $10/follow up after 30 days
- equipment rental – $2/day
- 🆕 transfer of hours at the end of the month – 1 walk hour, or 2 social call hours 🆕
Service fees are tracked and invoiced at the end of the month, due upon receipt, but EVERYONE gets the first month free!
Monthly Hours Transfer – happens on the 1st
We offer discounts for larger packages, but transferring the hours from month to month creates admin. Rather than charge a fee, we deduct a walk equivalent (1 walk, or 2 social call hours) from the total. On the 1st of the month, you’ll receive a notice of the hours applied.
To book in on the 1st, please purchase the hour for the new month to avoid the account admin fee.
Membership is available! ~ $45/month, until August!
Frequent flying Scampers can skip the nickels and dimes with our monthly membership, for $45, automatically billed to a credit card on the 1st of the following month. It covers all our regular fees, and they also get free nail trims and a discounted Social Club price. If you’re pup attends twice a week, it’s cheaper to be a member!
