Scamps Service Fees

How much does it cost?

Scamps operates on a 2-tier billing system: first, you reserve the time in our centre for $8 – 10/hour; and after the fact, upon approval, we send an accurate service invoice by email, billed to the 10-minute interval, payable on pick-up, or at the end of the month.

There’s no cost for account access, or making or cancelling appointments as often as you want, with 12 hours notice.

If you need extra support, our admin team is happy to assist, and you can save money (and time) by having hours available in your account when you make requests.

What are the fees at Scamps?

• same day appointments* – $5 admin fee with hours available
• account admin* – requested hours added at the Perks rate
• administration of medication – $10/day (including reporting)
• extended hours** – $6/10 minutes for 8am – 9am and 6pm – 8pm
• late invoice payment – $10/follow up after 30 days
• equipment rental* – $2/day for requested haltis, muzzles, and martingale collars – 1st month free!
• transfer of hours at the end of the month – 1 hour deducted after 2 months

Service fees will be billed daily, but monthly members can wait until the end of the month to pay, or opt into Autopay on the 25th of the month to save $1/hour on everything.

Monthly Hours Transfer – happens on the 1st

Packages are good for at least a month plus a day. We transfer remaining hours to the next month on the 1st and send a notice that the hours have been applied. If a purchase has not been made in 2 months, we deduct 1 hour for the transfer fee.

How can I save $1/hour on everything?

To opt into Autopay, just let us know you want the monthly invoice billed to a credit card on file. We provide the itemized invoice and credit card receipt on the 25th of the month, with a $1/hour discount on walks, grooming, and fees.
