Scamps is me, Talia Erickson
If you’re new to Scamps, or been around for awhile, I’m pleased to introduce a few things about the company. Firstly, I’m the owner, groomer, dog walker and primary care-giver. Before dogs, I operated child care centres.
When I opened Scamps in 2023, the vision was for a large daycare and grooming facility, with lots of dogs, and staff, and (in the future…) multiple locations. A big company, all about the care and well-being of dogs!
The Scamps Studio in 2026 has different goals.
The space at 1460 Cedar Cottage Mews is cozy, which means I work pretty personally with the pups and owners, and those relationships are very important to me. Now I can even work 1-on-1, so let me know if you’d like some extra space.
Let’s start with a new client Meet & Greet so we can get to know each other.
Here’s how we can work together:
Small Groups
I have spots open for 5 social dogs for grooming and daycare at a time
Socializing
Talk to me about your pet, so I can place them in well-matched packs.
Physical Needs
Neighbourhood pack walks happen daily, with 1-on-1 options available.
Private Sessions
I offer 1-on-1 grooming, and/or designated days for tailored care.
Registration
Step 1: To join the pack, please complete the registration form, and consent to our policies.
Step 2: Schedule a free 20-min. Meet & Greet, or jump right into an appointment, but plan to stay for 20 – 30 mins so we can get to know each other.
Step 3: Book studio spots online for full or half-days, inc. walks and pick-ups. Grooming and overnight boarding, with (or without) dogs, are also available by request.
Step 4: Pick up and pay. You’ll receive an update of the day’s grooming and events, health observations, and photos of what went down. Please let me know if there was anything I could have done differently, and come back soon.
