… with transparent billing based on what you use!
We do things differently…
Step 1: Our daycare, walks, and dog grooming centre costs $7 – $10/hour to hold a spot. Prepay online and book the time with as little as 12 hour’s notice, or give us a call/whatsapp msg for requests.
Step 2: Bring in your pup, or have our walkers pick up and drop off in Cedar Cottage.
Step 3: Groomers brush, trim, bathe, dry, clip, and style per your instructions for $4/10 mins., and walkers walk, for $3/10 minutes.
When pups are playing, resting, or hanging out with their friends at Scamps, and there’s no extra fee. Simple! Billing is by the 10-minute interval, and we’ll share the notes, so you’ll know how long each step takes (and why it took that long…).
Step 4: Receive your itemized invoice and pay on pick-up, at the end of the month, or you can choose our automatic billing to a credit card on the 25th to save $1/hour! More on that below.
How long should you book?
Face & Feet Services: 1hr
Nail Trim, Eye See, Ear Clear, or Teeth
Bath & Tidy: 2 – 3 hours*
Basic brushout, nailtrim, bath, dry, and sanitary grooming.
Deshedding Service: 3 – 4 hours*
Mats, deshedding, bath and blow dry, nail/face trim
Full Groom: 3 – 6 hours*
Bath & Tidy, deshedding/dematting as needed, body cut or clip as requested, plus some time to decompress.
For 4+ hours, we recommend a 30 min. walk
*Timing is affected by coat condition, dog size, experience, and attitude. Just make your best guess. If we finish early, the extra time will be deducted from your bill.

Monthly Maintenance for Social Scamps
Want us to keep the fur under control, nails trimmed, and your pups clean and happy all month long? Our Trim & Social Club sets the schedule so you can leave the grooming to us! And save $1/hour, too!
When you request to join the club, we send your first month’s invoice for weekly or bi-weekly brushing, nail care as needed, a monthly or bi-monthly bath (depending on coat type), and requested pick-ups, drop-offs, and walks – all $1/hr less than paying as you go.
We’ll note anything unusual affecting the fee (ex: seasonal shedding) and you have a week to approve and pay it with a credit card for the file.
After that, we bill you on the 25th of the month and send the receipt, so you always know what you’re paying for. Cancel anytime.
