Winni C. is joining the team this spring as our first groom staff, and we’re so excited to have her!
Recently arrived in Canada from Seoul, Korea, Winni C. was a computer programer until 2022, when she decided to change her life!
She trained as a dog groomer for 18 months, including breed standards, the oh so cute poodle cuts, and the tricks of the trade, and then she moved to Vancouver, where Scamps is her first professional job in the field!
Since we’re a holistic program, that includes physical activity with our care, she’s learning the ropes when it comes to leashes and walks, and animal behaviour.
Now that she’s here, if you see a perfectly round-headed teddy bear walking down the street in Cedar Cottage, they may have gotten their cut at Scamps!
